They ran up an average of 10-cents last week in Virginia according to the latest Triple-A Survey.
We start Monday with a state average of 3-28 a gallon, nearly 30-cents higher than just a year ago.
Triple-A spokeswoman Windy Van Curen says depending on who you believe, better days lie ahead. Some analysts are predicting a drop in damand will push prices back towards the three dollar a gallon mark. On the other hand, Van Curen says some are predicting gas to push well over four dollars a gallon by the end of the year.
