The supreme court is putting off a decision whether or not to hear Virginia's challenge of the health-care reform.
Experts belive the high-courts may be biding its time until it resolves other cases surrounding the issue. Virginia's suit filed by Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli this past fall, claims the mandate is unconstitutional because it forces American's to buy health insurance or pay a penalty.
Just this month, the supreme court agreed to hear arguments by Florida on behalf of 26-other states.
